A sustainable menu
One of the most memorable parts of any event is the food. In order to pair your goal of an environmentally friendly and sustainable event with a memorable menu we work with our regional suppliers to source only the freshest seasonal items.
Working with the local growers and producers in the region allows us to create a menu with your list of desired items that shall impress even the pickiest of eaters.

We work with the parties concerned to try to select the most affordable items that will help you reach this goal.
Seasonal selections are a simple way to achieve this. In stead of working around a menu item and trucking it in from other parts of the country or world, we choose locally grown and produced items. These items are in stock and need to be consumed as they are grown. We will provide you with a list of selections based upon our initial meetings in order to show you what is available to choose from. These items are sure to please you and your budget!
